{Chester County Wedding Photographer}
I was so thrilled when Kelsey asked me to be her wedding photographer. She was referred to me by my amazing hairdresser Shanon (Yes. She spells her name with just one ‘n’. And you need to follow her instagram: @sdifilippohair). I actually was Shanon’s wedding photographer too about 2 years ago. Kelsey was one of the easiest brides to work with. She was so laid back and didn’t appear to be stressed out at all about her big day. I honestly could not have asked for a more laid back bride. Evan, her fiance (now groom), was pretty laid back himself. I always love when my couples are go with the flow and don’t worry about the little things. Note for future brides: Don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy your day. I promise, you’ll enjoy everything about the planning process and the wedding day so much more.
Kelsey and Evan were married at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Chester Springs. This is actually my parent’s parish so I was very familiar with this beautiful church. Their ceremony was full of love and lots of friends and family. Then, we headed over to Springton Manor Farm for pictures, cocktail hour and the reception. I knew that the cocktail hour was scheduled to be outside and the reception was set to be held under a tent. With all of the rain that we’ve been having, I was worried that the rain might be an issue for their wedding. Luckily, we had a pretty good day as far as the weather goes. It was overcast all day but it wasn’t too hot or cold and more importantly….. It. Didn’t. Rain!!! That’s a huge win in my book lately with how bad the weather has been!
Let’s start this post with my personal favorite image of the day.
And here is the full preview from their special day! Thanks again for choosing me to be a part of it all!
